This wine comes from the picturesque area between the Jura Mountains and Lake Neuchâtel, where Camilien Gaille pursues his passion and modern ideas. Made from Pinot Noir grapes rosé with an orange-pink hue is called here “Oeil de Perdrix”. It has a creamy texture, mild acidity and aromas of freshly picked berries what right away creates a cheerful mood wherever you go.
